作品征集
第五届“beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周”将于2015年10月19日至10月23日在上海如期举行，beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周的宗旨是：依托上海这个国际化的大都市，搭建一个在电子音乐领域最具国际化和前沿性的舞台。在这个舞台上，将展示来自全球最新的电子音乐作品、声音艺术装置、电子音乐技术研发及理论研究成果。同时，也给中国作曲家和新生代作曲家提供一个电子音乐作品首演和发布的平台。
为了鼓励海内外院校的青年学生及从事电子音乐的年青人在电子音乐领域进行创新实验，本次作品征集将采用国际高规格音乐节的惯例：入选作品展演并评选出“佳作”奖一名及“最具创新潜力”奖两名。“佳作”获奖者将获得下一届beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周作品委约费贰万元人民币；“最具创新潜力”获奖者将获得下一届beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周作品委约费壹万元人民币。
凡入选参演的作品，其作者将被邀请参加本次音乐周所有活动，并出席音乐会。作者（限一人）参与本音乐周的所有活动及在这期间的住宿由组委会免费提供。
章程
一、征集作品类别：
1.音乐新媒体（交互式视听觉结合的舞台作品）
2.结合声学乐器（或人声）的实时电子音乐作品、交互式电子音乐
3.实验电子音乐等其他电子音乐作品
二、作品遴选与评审
评委会将由beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周特聘海内外专家组成
三、作品参演：
1. 入选作品音乐会将由beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周与上海国际艺术节扶持青年艺术家计划暨青年艺术创想周联合举办
2. 入选作品参演音乐会的节目编排将根据实际作品情况而定
3. 组委会将提供演奏者（其他特殊情况需与组委会协商）
四、征集对象及要求：
1.国籍不限
2.出生日期为1980年10月19日之后
3.作品完成于2010年1月1日之后
五、活动需提交以下材料：
1.申请表（含版权使用的同意书、作曲家的中英文简介，如是在读学生，请附上学生证复印件、作品的中英文简介、作曲家邮寄地址、电邮地址及联系电话）
2.作品信息（总谱或设计稿、使用设备清单、技术要求或其他图示等）
3.作品音频或视频记录
4.作者身份证或护照复印件
5.任何其它可供组委会参考的有关资料/文件
六、截稿日期：
2015年8月17日（以邮戳为准）
七、所有递交作品，一经选出，该作品的作曲家或出版商必须同意免费提供该作品演出所需的一切材料（包括总谱和分谱、录音带等）
八、所有递交作品将作为资料保存于beat365英国官方网站国际电子音乐周组委会

Shanghai Conservatory of Music’s International Electronic Music Week
Call for Scores
The 5th Shanghai Conservatory of Music’s International Electronic Music Week (EMW) will be held during the 19th October to 23th October,2015. EMW aims to create the most internationalized and pioneering stage in electronic music area so that the latest electronic music works can be presented to the whole world. Meanwhile, the Music Week hopes to provide the new-generation composers with a platform to present their own works.
In order to encourage teachers, students in various colleges and young people specializing in electronic music field to work out on new pieces, this time the organizing committee adopts the high-standard convention of international music field to work out new pieces, this time the organizing committee adopts the high-standard convention of international music festival level. Once chosen to be performed in concerts your work will have the opportunity to win Best Work——only one, and Most Creative and Talented winners, two out of all. The Best Work winner will be commissioned by the 5th Electronic Music Week and get 20 thousands RMB for commission fees. The Most Creative and Talented winners will get 10 thousands RMB for commission fees.
Once the works are chosen to be performed, the composers of the work will be invited to all activities of the EMW and also get the chance to attend concerts. The organizing committee will be in charge of the accommodation and offer the entrance permission of all the events of EMW.
Shanghai Conservatory of Music’s International Electronic Music Week Call for Score Submissions
1. Categories
ü Music for New Media
Including stage performances which combine auditory sense and visual sense
ü Real-time electronic music with instruments or voices, interactive electronic music
ü Experimental electronic music or other electronic music works
2. Work Selection and Judging Panel
ü Judging panel of 2015 Shanghai Conservatory of Music International Electronic Music Week consists of experts from home and abroad.
3. Works Examination and Performance
ü The concerts will be held by EMW and Shanghai International Arts Festival’s Young Talents Program/ The Creation Week Program
ü The arrangement of the performing of chosen works will depend on practical situation of the works.
ü The organizing committee will provide music players. (You need to consult with the organizing committee if you are in particular situation)
4. Requirements for Artists and Works
ü Any nationalities
ü Born after October 19, 1980
ü Works finished after January 1, 2010
5. Necessary Materials to Be Submitted
ü Application form (Please download from www.emusicfestival.cn)
ü Information of work (scores or designing layout, list of equipment, technical requirements or other graphic representation)
ü Audio or video record for the work
ü Copy of artist’s identification card or passport(If you are a student, please submit the copy of your student card)
ü Other related information for our reference
6. Deadline
ü August 17, 2015 (Based on the postmark date)
7. Once the work is chosen to perform on stage, the artist or publisher should agree to provide all the materials, including scores, sheets, records and etc., for performance for free.
8. All the submitted works will be conserved in the committee of Shanghai Conservatory of Music’s Electronic Music Week
